Requirements
The application must be able to demonstrate the acquisition of significant academic knowledge and practical experience.
All members should be registered
A firm, whether incorporated or not, may be registered as a practising firm, provided all members and ultimate beneficial members (or shareholders, partners or beneficiaries, as the case may be) are registered and continue to be so registered as practising members with the Institute.
Registered firm name
The firm name to be registered with the Institute is subject to approval by Council, who has the right to decline a name if it is deemed to be undesirable or misleading.
